Premium Service

Archway Systems offers Premium Service to VersaCAD clients. This support service is provided to both the Professional and Academic markets. If you decide to participate in our Premium Service, whether you are in the Professional or Academic markets, then you will need to complete our Premium Service agreement form. NOTE: 3DJoy is now bundled free with Macintosh for all new Premium Service subscribers and is available to existing subscribers on request.

Premium Service for Professionals

With Premium Service, clients receive telephone support between 8:30am and 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. They also receive all upgrades and latest releases at no additional cost. Premium Service is valid for one year and must be renewed each year.

Additionally, Premium Service clients receive these benefits depending on the software choice.

For the Windows user:

	The current VersaCAD for Windows on CD-ROM
	Runs on Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP
	Works with any graphics adapter that works with Windows
	Runs at any resolution supported by the graphics adapter for Windows
	Improved DXF/DWG translator

For the Macintosh user:

	The current VersaCAD Mac on CD-ROM
	VersaCAD Mac includes the architectural, GIS and mechanical applications at no extra charge
	Works great with HP455CM plotter and their RIP batch plotting
	Improved PowerMac floating point
	Better integration with latest Mac OS
	Improved DXF/DWG translator

Premium Service for Schools

We offer two products for schools:

Unlimited Campus License (includes Software License and Premium Service)

	Telephone support from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
	All upgrades and latest releases at no additional cost
	One set each of VersaCAD® 2004 for Windows and VersaCAD® Macintoshfor OS X on CD-ROM
	One copy of the VersaCAD Training Guide
	Your right to copy any number of computers on the campus
	Your right to give or sell to students for their home computer
	Your right to copy and distribute the VersaCAD Windows Training Guide to enrolled students without paying royalties
	3.5 hrs Videotape training - VersaCAD Windows
	Price: $995.00 for the first year. Each additional year of support costs $595.00 each year.

Premium Service Unlimited Campus License

	Available to schools who already have VersaCAD software
	You will receive the latest software with purchase of Premium Service
	Telephone support from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
	All upgrades and latest releases at no additional cost
	Price: $595.00 each year
